What this notice covers

This notice explains how McIvor Estate handles information that people choose to submit through the public website. That can include wedding enquiries, visit and booking requests, event registrations, purchases, newsletter sign-ups and messages to the estate.

Private administration, Event Console, planning, RSVP and ticket routes have their own access controls. Information entered through those private tools is not intentionally published on public pages or included in public search metadata.

Information you provide

Depending on the form or service, McIvor Estate may receive a name, email address, phone number, delivery or billing details, preferred dates, guest numbers, event preferences, dietary information, a message and marketing consent choices.

Please provide only information needed for the request. Do not include sensitive personal information in a free-text message unless it is necessary for the estate to respond safely and appropriately.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, plan requested services, manage bookings or orders, provide transactional messages and maintain relevant customer records. Marketing messages are separate and are sent only where the required consent or another lawful basis applies.

The website may use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, payments and analytics. Those providers process information only as needed to supply their service under their own security and privacy obligations.

Website measurement

Where analytics is enabled, the site may record page views and actions such as a wedding enquiry submission or a click to contact the estate. Private form contents are not intended to be placed in analytics event names or public page source.

Access, correction and questions

To ask about personal information held by McIvor Estate, request a correction or discuss deletion where applicable, use the estate contact form and identify the service or enquiry involved. The team may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
